To ensure efficient logistics and supply consistency, we maintain the following minimum order requirements:
• Local Orders: Minimum of 10 cases per order
• International Orders: Minimum of 1 pallet per order

We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly to ensure timely delivery. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
• Local Deliveries: 1–3 business days
• Europe: 5–7 business days
• International: Varies by country – please contact us directly to confirm estimated delivery times and any potential restrictions.
All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local regulations, or unforeseen delays. We recommend checking your country’s import policies, especially for nitrous oxide (N₂O), before placing an order.

We offer global shipping for all nitrous oxide orders. However, due to varying international regulations, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that nitrous oxide (N₂O) is legal to import and possess in their country. We comply with all applicable export laws and will not ship to regions where N₂O is restricted or prohibited.
Important: Before placing an order, please check your local laws regarding the import and use of nitrous oxide. We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled due to legal or regulatory restrictions.
To ensure smooth processing and secure handling of all orders, our payment terms are as follows:
Local Deliveries: A 20% deposit is required prior to shipping. The remaining balance is due upon or before delivery.
International Orders: Full payment is required in advance before shipping.
All payments must be cleared before dispatch. Orders will not be shipped until the required payment terms are met. Please ensure all details are correct to avoid delays.
